I would like to give Celtic Sun Fitness 4.5 stars and might give more because it was a great experience! I'm not giving her the whole 5 only because my schedule was difficult and I have only been able to meet with her once. She's perfect for someone feeling so unhealthy and who needs the tough love of a good trainer. I think I'm going to end up highly recommending her!!Dec 20, 2016Verified
Such an amazing experience! Colleen came to my home and created a wonderful program without any pressure to pay for a large amount of sessions. (Like at many gyms I've been to) I would recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape with a custom made plan.Oct 13, 2016Verified
On time, very pleasant and professional, prepared with the perfect modified workout for my goals and limits. Got right to work. Feel great!Sep 22, 2016Verified
Just what we were looking for! Colleen is knowledgeable, personable, and we had a great workout. Looking forward to many more.Dec 6, 2016Verified
I started to work with Colleen 8 years ago. When I signed up for personal training I was terrified to enter a gym; I didn't even know how to stretch. Colleen walked me through eating healthy as well as how to exercise. Over the course of a year I lost 30 lbs and gained a ton of confidence. 8 years later I am comfortable in a bikini and walking into any hotel gym. I play sports with my kids and all my biometric screening results are in the normal range. Colleen made the workouts fun and could always help me get motivated. I would highly recommend Colleen!!!Sep 28, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing varies, and I would be happy to send you a quote. I work with individuals, and groups, and I offer 45 min or 60 minute sessions. I also offer package rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When a new client schedules sessions I email them physical activity readiness and general medical history forms, which I review prior to meeting them. I extend the first session to do additional assessments (typically body fat and body mass index analysis, as well as functional movement assessments). Based on the health history, lifestyle, fitness level, and assessments, I design the clients fitness program.
