FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $55 / 60 minutes for individual personal training sessions. I work with individuals, and groups, at your location or online. I also offer 45 minute session, as well as yoga or Pilates specific training. I also offer package discounts. Please contact me for a specific quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client schedules sessions I email them physical activity readiness and general medical history forms, which I review prior to meeting them. I extend the first session to do optional assessments (typically body fat and body mass index analysis, as well as functional movement assessments). Based on the client's goals, health history, lifestyle, fitness level, and assessments, I design the client's fitness program.
