- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we have set but flexible pricing for each individual service which are dependent on the size and scope of the project and property. All final prices are determined after speaking with the customer and analyzing the property and the particular project/service requested. We feel we understand the budget conscious consumer as we classify ourselves in the same regard. By placing ourselves in our customers shoes we realize that prices need to be fair and competitive without sacrificing the quality of product(s) used and the quality of results produced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often times we will meet with our customers in person, but if not possible we will always speak with them via email or phone. Then we finalize all requested services so we can provide a complete and accurate estimate. If needed and/or requested, an on site analysis is scheduled so we can determine the full size and scope of the project(s). Once our final bid/price has been determined it will be sent with follow up communication to determine if there are any questions or if any clarification is needed. If our estimate is agreed upon we will get all contracts signed and preferred payment option set and schedule the service(s). We always are accessible whether via phone or email and strive to exceed customer satisfaction and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lawn care specialists are certified through the National Association of Landscape Professionals as Landscape Industry Lawn Care Technicians specializing in cool season lawns (our areas climate). Our fertilizer and herbicide applicators are licensed through the MN Department of Agriculture. We take education, safety, and appropriate training extremely seriously and we believe it shows in the quality and professionalism of our work.
