FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a more than fair price for the value we bring to the our customers and provide the most popular and best priced products money can buy. We are prepared to offer the best price we can offer to our customers and work with most middle class remodeling budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer wants by asking them good questions and listening to them. Then show them samples of a few different products that meets their needs that have been researched extensively for our customers. I'll sketch out a hand drawing and design that they like, and find a price they love too. Then I ask them if they are comfortable with the company, products, design, and price. Next question if the like everything is when we should get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have had years of training in drafting, space planning, cabinetry and countertop design, CAD drawings with 2020. We have a combined 130 years of experience in our kitchen production and design division with over 900 kitchens remodeled under our belts. We have our builder and residential remodeling contracting license.
