Keen Eye Home Inspection

Introduction: Hi everyone, I have been around construction, also building or remodelling & fixing/repairs since I was 8 years old when I was walking roofs helping my dad. I worked for him for awhile but would go on to work for many other companies throughout my life where I worked in almost every single trade there is. I may have gotten my most valuable knowledge from all the remodeling & also all the repairs I have done throughout my life. And after being in thousands of homes, it may be to soon to say this but it sure seems like I've seen it all. With all my experience & knowledge a home inspection co asked me to come work for him assuming I passed all necessary test. At watch point I then took the NACHI test and did so faster then anyone ells, so fast, he felt I had not yet taken it because not much time had passed. But I did finnish everything he required and also finished all the state's things and I started my inspection career. I would quickly climb the ladder (so to speak) I became his #2 and I was made management within just a few months. I was the person that was training new inspectors, doing R&D into Chinese drywall and more. Eventually in 2008 because of companies cut backs I left to go out on my own. I started my own inspection company and with in a short time I thought up the name Keen Eye so I changed it. So since 2008 my co. name Keen Eye Inspections/Keen Eye Home Inspection And since then I've done more than 4,ooo some inspections in that time. And I love the work I do so much. Each day is different and for me that's a must! I can not handle doing the same thing over and over. Although a lot of the issues or problems I find in homes can be similar. Each and every house & every inspection is as different than it's owner's. And that's why my job is so fun, it's something new everyday.
