- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Image Consulting: $30/ hour Weddings/Events: $400/ hair styling, touchups, traveler's fee for 4 persons
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well on the first meeting, we start off with a full 30 minute consultation. Within this 30 minute period we will be able to discuss and cover all questions and concerns you have about your service and the ending result. Once the service is complete. We will review all bullet points to assure everything was executed in the manner you are pleased with. You will also receive advice on at-home care to prolong the wear of your style and a some goodies to take home as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended cosmetology school in Houston, TX at Remington College in 2011. I take at least three refresher courses every year to stay on top of all popular trends, technology, products.
