- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a full service, concierge flooring experience. Our price is not an estimate, but an actual price for the entire project. We don’t add on “change orders” or “upcharges”.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a Custom Flooring Experience for our customers. We set an appointment and come to the customer’s home. We have a mobile showroom with over 3000 samples of flooring. Once we inspect the space, we will chose products that meet the customer’s expectation in terms of material, colors, texture and pricing. Customer's can choose the products they love right in their own home, in their lighting, and next to their furniture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Floor Coverings International Franchisees I have continuous and ongoing training, both in the design aspects of flooring and in the proper installation techniques and applications. We have annual ongoing training, both in our local markets and at our Headquarters in Atlanta. We continually train with our vendors and suppliers to ensure we are up-to-date on the most current trends in product and installation techniques. We are fully insured and licensed.
