FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the job at hand. We break down the travel distance, how many locations you wanted filmed, length of the video, hours spent filming and hours spent editing. Once we get a solid idea of what you're looking for as a customer, we will then develop a quote that accurately addresses the logistics of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with a new customer, we take the time to understand exactly what the client is envisioning for the project. Whether it's over email or over the phone, we take the time to hear your thoughts, ideas and demands. Getting on the same page right off the bat is essential to a smooth working experience. Once the foundation is established, we figure out dates and times that work for both parties. We make sure to be transparent from the get go to avoid any discrepancies later on down the road.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in philosophy from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I am proficient at reading, writing and understanding concepts. Aside from these things, I have taken a screenwriting course and a creative writing course from the UCLA extension program. I have completed three other training courses relative to Video Production: Jacob Owen's Buff Nerd's Guide to Media, Studio Sherpa's Video Production Training Course and Martin Scorsese's Master Class Program. I am also in the works of publishing a novel.
