- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes, yes we do. If projects require per square-foot pricing, this can be done fast and efficiently by simply discussing the type of services needed, then we can give prices that way. This helps us stay up with competition and lets the customer see exactly what their paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer reaches out to us about a project or design style they are looking to have completed. We will then talk with the customer and schedule a time to meet at property to discuss the plan or ideas they may have. We then jot down notes, take pictures, and make sure we get the customers email . after this , we run numbers which can take anywhere from five minutes to seventy two hours . We like to get quotes out to customers within this timeframe so customer can make decisions based off our meeting and quoted price. Once the estimate is received, we give the customer plenty of time to decide and possibly re-organize what they need done. Once all is said and done, if the customer accepts our estimate and wants to move forward, we then put them in our schedule at the earliest time based on their and our availability. Once scheduled And project is started, we keep in communication to ensure the customer in quality work and efficiency. Once project is completed we take pictures, then asked the customer to provide us a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have completed heavy equipment operation training and certified to operate all pieces of equipment from skid steer's, all the way to graders and loaders. This was key in experience as much equipment is needed to complete large projects. I have also worked in the underground construction industry for many years. I worked my way from laborer to site foreman in about two years. After then, I ran crews another three years, placing all responsibility and experience on my plate. I was also safety committee chairman for approximately one year, also giving me great experience and knowledge of safety and responsibility for working in the construction industry.
