The Quote you receive on Thumbtack is an estimate of the cost based on the information given under the job details. A final quote can only be given after directly observing the job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet Customer via phone or in person. Listen to and note customer's goals, ideas, complaints, etc. Ask questions. Provide customer with a plan/plans of action to achieve desired result with cost. Choose a plan of action agreeable to both parties. Use any reasonable measure to ensure customer is satisfied.
