FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to make high quality recordings affordable to more people. Recording and mixing rates depend on the the size of the project. Happy to work with my clients budget and find a number that works for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss with my client what they have in mind for their project. Pre-production is a very important part of a recording so I make sure that my client has a solid foundation for their project. I always recommend that they have a few reference recordings related to their project to help give everyone a better perspective of what sound we want to achieve. Once we lay down the ground work we can get recording and creating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played the trumpet since I was in fourth grade and picked up the guitar when I was in 7th grade. I played mostly guitar through high school and was recording a lot of my own music during that time. After highschool I went to the County College of Morris and received my Associates in sound engineering. My grades at CCM earned me a full ride to New Jersey City University where I finished Summa Cum Laude with my Bachelors in Music. During my time at NJCU, I earned my Pro Tools 11 certification.
