WOW where do I begin? I began my search for a personal trainer last year. As a recent college graduate I was looking to shed off those unwanted pounds from 4 years of general laziness. I am admittedly a very self conscious person about my body and strength. So it was extremely important to find a trainer that made me feel comfortable. I originally hopped around between a couple of different trainers, but when I found Taylor I knew that I had found the trainer for me. Taylor achieved the perfect balance between motivation and compassion. I truly felt as if I were working with a friend. His knowledge of the body and exercise is unparalleled. I assume this has something to do with the fact that he actually has a degree in kinesiology (a luxury in his field IMO). Since working with Taylor I am extremely proud to say that I am 26 pounds lighter and in the absolute best shape of my life! I was upset to see him leave us in Nashville, but am grateful for all of the help I received during our time together. Start scheduling sessions with him ASAP because trust me he will be booked up with clients before long! 5 stars just isn't enough! Thanks for everything, Taylor.

Taylor is a motivational personal trainer who helped me get to the fitness level I am at today. He is a supportive and consistent trainer who helped me stick to my fitness goals even when I wanted to give up. I enjoyed Taylor more than previous trainers because he has a realistic physique that I want to have and his was clearly obtained through hard work and not the shortcuts of crazy supplements. I found it very motivating to have a trainer with a fitness level that I want to have rather than one with abnormal muscles popping out who looks like the Hulk! Highly recommend.
