- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, surveillance runs $65 an hour with a 5-hour min. I usually waive mileage charges, but if the case sends me to outside my service areas, I charge .55 per mile. A standard background check is $250. A locate is usually $75, unless it requires field work. Criminal defense work is $65 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer that the customer send me a detailed email stating exactly what they need. Im on the road alot and cannot always answer the phone, or have long phone conversations. An email allows me the time to analyze the issue and provide a more accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Numerous courses involving all aspects of investigations. I also possess a A.S. in Criminal Justice.
