The main reason we stand out from any other company is we are always on time and we do more than expected, and it's all about seeing a happy customer.

This young man is very polite and professional. He has removed 7 dead and dying shrubs for me. He also pruned branches that were a hazard and would have caused some serious damage in the next wind storm. He edged and lined my flower beds and my driveway.
I have been using Pendergrass Property Management for almost a year and I and have never had any disappointments. From Spring through the beginning of Autumn I scheduled PPM to cut and tend to my yard every 2 weeks. People in my neighborhood have even came by and asked who tends to my yard as it has been looking so well.
This may be a fairly new business but I can guarantee you will not be disappointed with his work.

I have now used this young man for many jobs. Recently Marcus Pendergrass has laid sod in my front yard and part of my side yard. I was very pleased with the results as the sod has already took root and looks beautiful. He also removed a ramp that I had built so my father could use his wheelchair. I use PPM regularly to maintain my yard. My son is buying me a couple of shade trees for Mother's Day and I have already scheduled PPM to plant them for me.
