Katherine is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is patient and will adapt poses to various levels of ability. Her gentle yoga classes are restorative and relaxing while her power classes really make you sweat! Either way, gentle or power, I always feel better after yoga with Katherine.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor specializing in vinyasa flow, power yoga, and hatha yoga. I also have an ACE personal training certification.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I worked in the wine industry for nearly 10 years in sales and administration. During that time I noticed how important exercise was especially in a sedentary job. In January 2016 I decided to dedicate my life to helping people keep an active lifestyle through offering personal training and yoga.
