I strongly believe in the power of a good support system. It does not matter what professional field you are in, you simply cannot be your best if you are not surrounded by the influence of other professionals. Make sure you work with someone with a proven support system.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is important to know your own timeline. When do you have to sell your house by? When do you need to find a place? Also, How motivated are you? Are you willing to receive professional advice? Are you sure that you are financially ready? If you're buying, make sure you get a pre-approval letter from a lender. This will give you a professionally calculated estimate of what you can reasonably afford, and this will be used as the first guideline for searching for your new home. These are just a few introductory questions that can provide valuable direction.
