- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing as there are so many variables (such is type of material desired, actual measurements, number of vents, doors, windows, chimneys, etc). These factors are the reason an appointment is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally come out to the property to obtain the measurements, colors, shingle or siding information of existing as well as if it is a full replacement as to what is desired by homeowner to complete a full quote. If there is an insurance claim, we go over this process with you as well as if needed make arrangements to meet the adjuster onsite. We work with many different insurance companies and are preferred vendors for several companies as well as adjusters! This appointment and quote is provided free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the roofing industry and have been in business for 7 years now. We are certified, meaning we have to pass testing, background checks, license verification, etc by several roofing material companies as well as insurance claim management programs. Our license and insurance is always up to date and available for review or confirmation at any time.
