- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is comensurate with my long experience and the area. I can make a discount if the student books 4 or more lessons in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I explain my basic view of singing and seek to discern the students understanding of what good singing actually is- breathing, support, etc., I also make sure I undersand the students goals- whether it's just to learn to sing better for themselves, a choir, etc., or whether student has professional aspirations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in vocal performance but I have over 40 years of professional experience at the highest level in the opera world. I also have over 10 years experience teaching, not only classical technique but belting, pop, rock and gospel as well.
