- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. I price each job accordingly, keeping value in mind. Many times I'll offer options at different price points, give my recommendations and let the customer decide which best fits their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally don't quote a job without seeing it. I like to discuss options and get customer input.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been to Shelf Genie installer training in Atlanta on rollout shelves and drawers. I've been to training in Pennsylvania on cabinet refacing techniques. I've received a BA in Economics
