Amanda has a unique ability to process emotions, struggles and ideas that come up. She helps find resolution and offers suggestions to help guide me to the next step. Amanda helps pull me out of my mind and into my body, focusing on breath and coaching me through the moment. I remember the first partner yoga pose she showed me, how supported I felt and thrilled that I could do it. I never feel rushed, and always feel as though I am the only person she is focusing on. I would not be as far along in my journey without Amanda and I am ever grateful to her.

Amanda has a beautiful gift and skill set to be able to help you ground into yourself and find your own power. Her gentle yet stern and caring way of delivering guidance and suggestions really makes you feel like you've got your life under control and everything will work out.
