I had a great experience. Called and spoke with John Poulsen and described my problem and what I had done to troubleshoot it. He set me up with a shipping label so I could get it to him with little effort on my part. He let me know when it arrived and gave me regular updates on his progress. He did succeed in recovering my data (five years of billing data). He offered options on sending me the data. My billing company was then able to restore all files to my new computer. Could not be happier with his services and customer service.

File Savers was very easy to work with. They provided regular updates as to where they were in the recovery process. The cost was very reasonable compared to quotes from other companies.
