There is only one word to describe Kate's service..OUTSTANDING! I am in the process of moving into a new home. Our furniture and belongings were delivered a week ago, our house is completely unorganized. I hired Kate to organize my master closet, she exceeded my expectations. Kate and I communicated via text and email prior to her arrival. I was expecting to spend time going over what we had discussed, but man I was wrong. Kate showed up completely prepared and "hit the ground running". At one point, she did need a few more things from the local store. I left her for 20 minutes, returned home and she had organized 2 other rooms while I was gone! I was blown away and SO grateful for her help. Kate is extremely professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I look forward to using her expertise again. I will continue to use her until I am settled. If you are looking for a true professional, look no further!

I had Kate come in after finally realizing I just couldn't keep up with a growing household of 5. I like to be in control of projects usually but the professionalism and suggestions Kate made allowed me to step back and have her run with the project. Hiring Kate was better than therapy. I have clean, organized, beautifully appointed spaces now and being able to hand over control to someone who just knew exactly what to do, was priceless. I would recommend her a million times over and have her coming back when the kids get out of school to work with them to clear out and organize their rooms and closets. I also have Kate coming back in the fall to freshen up my home by rearranging room layouts and accessories.

JUST DO IT! Honestly, hiring Kate was so much more incredible than I ever envisioned. I can't say enough things. I just moved into a new house and was looking for a whole new look and a fresh start. However, after Kate looked at all the items I already had, she encouraged me to try to use as much of my existing items. She also found new uses for pieces I had for years - and displayed sentimental items I had forgotten I had. I hadn't even realized I told her about a jewelry box my late grandmother had given me and when I came home it was prominently displayed and I can now look at it every day. There were so many items like that she did. She was the best money I have ever spent - and she actually saved me a lot by not giving in to me wanting to buy all new. I have referred her out many times and everyone has been so happy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical charge is $65for organizing and $100 for styling and design.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like them to send me pictures of their spaces first and share why they are interested in re-design or organization. I also like to ask questions on how they live. Once starting, I walk through and ask a ton of questions to understand more about how you want the space to function. With organizing, I remove everything, take inventory and then start putting everything back in its place. It always looks worse before it looks better. With re-design and styling, I like to "shop" your home first and get an idea of the sort of art and decor you have. Then, I go to town and move, hang, style, Etc and only purchase items when needed. I believe we all have wonderful collections that are personal and have a story - we just don't know how to display them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been incredibly organized my entire life. I owned a few clothing stores for years and merchandised for a living.
