- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My summer training rates are $45.00 per session for personal training. For a couple plan I charge $10 extra. Ask about the Platinum payed in advance plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First day is a meet and greet. We will sit down and go through an introductory history questionnaire and workout a schedule together. I will have the customer do some basic exercises so I can evaluate the strengths and weaknesses. We will go through a little workout based on the goals the client has in mind and then a cool down to end the session. I will usually have the client get on a treadmill for 15 min. while we discuss nutrition and healthy meal planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a two sport athlete in high school and through my 4 years of college in North Carolina. Athletic Training and a focus on nutrition became a regular part of my daily routine. Since I graduated from college I have worked 19 years in the fitness industry in management with 15 years of that working as a personal trainer and athletic trainer. I have attended 15 personal training seminars and have gone through Gold's Gym continued personal training programs. I have worked with local high school athletes in the division two big schools like Brentwood Academy. I worked with several of their athletes over the years getting them ready for the college level in football and baseball. Knox Pilkerton....
