FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients have access to me through a private cell number as well as email. I meet with most of my clients once per week (some prefer twice per week, some prefer every two weeks - it depends on the client). The cost for my services is $125 per hour. I do have package rates as well: Six 50 minute sessions: $599
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process includes sending a new client a coaching agreement that specifies the terms of the coaching engagement. I also begin a new client intake/assessment. This begins the coaching process by learning what the client wants to work on and how ready the client is to begin her/his journey. I use different coaching techniques to guide my client through their personal process in order to create change and achieve goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent and continue to spend my time learning how to be the best coach for my clients. I continue to learn in order to give my clients the best coaching humanly possible. My education includes a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. I earned a coaching certification in an comprehensive evidence based graduate level coaching program at a university in California (I'm on the East Coast). I am currently working to earn my Phd in a doctoral program in Organizational Development (focused in Evidence Based Coaching). I am also certified to administer the Meyers Briggs (MBTI) assessment and also have a certificate in mediation. I will be certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) soon.
