- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range between $20 and $30 and hour depending on the nature of the job. I am also willing to negotiate day rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to understand the nature of the project at hand. If it's a deep-clean then to me its a pretty straight-forward job. When it comes to organizing, I like to know how involved the customer wants to be, and how involved they want me to be. For instance, do they want my opinion of what they should and shouldn't hold onto? Do they have a vision of what would work for them, or are they at a loss about where and how to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Organizing and cleaning is something that found its way towards me, rather than the other way around. Over the years I have worked with all sorts of people on all sorts of projects. I have cleaned out garages, organized estates, helped out hoarders, cleared basements, gotten houses ready for move-in/ move out, and tackled spring-cleaning.
