Introduction: I'm a computer nerd turned bodybuilder after six years in the military. I studied nutrition and bodybuilding techniques extensively to lost unwanted fat, and without growing an inch taller lose six inches at my waistline while stacking on over 50lbs of lean muscle. Also, as an Army Sergeant I was required to conduct daily and remedial physical training classes using maining HIIT and Bodyweight Exercises that are now a staple of the "Boot Camp" style programs offered at some gyms. I use computer graphics and videos to distribute customized workout plans to my clients based upon their own personal goals, as well as offering diet plans and 1 on 1 training sessions. I love to see my clients achieve their own goals that they never thought were possible or plausible. Also, I really enjoy customizing each workout and diet plan to a customers' individual goals.
