- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The introductory session is generally information-gathering, so it is free of charge. Afterward, 1 on 1 sessions are 50$/hour, Workout and Meal Plans are 20$ per day plan (usually a 3 day workout week with plans changed monthly based upon results as all bodies are different)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out what a customers fitness goals are, then I ask about previous injuries or tender/sore points, how much time they are willing to commit, and what sort of food they eat. From there, I'll construct a formal project plan with milestones that work toward achieving their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first learned about fitness when I was a high school wrestler. Afterward, I was a Sergeant in the US Army for 6 years where I routinely conducted morning and remedial physical training. Also, I have been an amateur bodybuilder for the last five years.
