I hired Swell Home Inspections to do an inspection of my home for the renewal of my insurance. They were prompt in replying to my request for service, answered all my questions with sound knowledge, and kept the appointment date/time we agreed on. The inspector was very professional, he was very thorough and the written report for my insurance company was delivered, at my choice, by email on the same day the inspection was done!. In addition to their great customer service, their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this Company and I will use it again whenever I need another inspection.
