- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 48 hour lesson cancellation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first lesson, I usually assess what a student knows and is comfortable doing. If the student is an adult, over the next few lessons we then work together to create a plan that will help them grow as a musician and work towards their goals for playing the cello. If it is a younger person, I usually take more initiative as they may not have long-term goals for playing, and lead them on a path towards excellent technique and informed musicianship.
