- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new customer, I typically like to have a phone conversation before the initial session. This helps to better understand what the clients needs are as well as establish an initial relationship. I like to get an understanding of what their life is like, what they do for work, what they are seeking Reiki for or what they would like to work on.

Reiki Certified Level 2
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers are often manhattanites with high stress from jobs, personal life, or difficulty with health.
