- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a planning fee...Which is usually 250 dollars. It is used to provide the time necessary to plan and execute the program of travel. It is not refundable if you do not take the trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
accept the call or email. If it is a new client I ask for a copy of their drivers license or passport (I provide a reminder service for passport renewal) I ask the client to fill out a client form and either scan or mail it back to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have travelled around the world and what I don't know I find out in a hurry. I am part of a consortium with a huge amount of clout so I usually have information within 5 hours of the request. I am certified as a Travel Consultant
