Introduction: Former collegiate swimmer with over a decade worth of experience and knowledge in swimming. Capable and effective in training for stroke technique, stamina training, and race training for all ages and swim levels. Previously, certified through the American Swimming Coaches Association and Red Cross certified for CPR and lifeguarding. Professional experienced in stroke technique and refinery. I take pride in working from the basics and building a strong foundation for future growth, using an arsenal of drills, workouts, and knowledge- my biggest satisfaction is knowing the swimmer not only swims well but understands the mechanics behind each stroke.
