My lessons start at $50/45 Minutes, $60/ 1 Hour, $75/90 Minutes , $100 / 2 hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To facilitate the learning process on the drums, I provide various written materials, from method books to my own exercises. I hope to make my lessons as fun and stress free as possible, and am always willing to coordinate lesson plans based on the students' goals. I will typically start students on a practice pad before moving to the drum kit. I also work closely with them to develop concise and organized practice routines, so that they know what to work on during their own time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Oberlin Conservatory with a Bachelors in Music, where I majored in Jazz Studies, with a focus on drum set, and also studied various styles of world music and percussion. I have been involved with a diverse range of projects, from collaborating with classical musicians to recording and producing my own rock songs. My teachers have included world class performers and mentors such as Billy Hart, Jamey Haddad, Dan Wall, and various pros based in NYC.
