He taught my 3 grandchildren ages 10-12 the basics and safety practices. He helped them cook their favorite meals using the best meat and fresh products and we feasted. He explained the variances in heat, oil, holding knives, and the secrets that make you want to go to the best restaurants. We will be going back. Where to begin??? The FOOD presentation was amazing, taste was mouthwatering, portions were perfect and all my guests raved about him. Russell was very knowledgeable, considerate of any allergies, professional, polite, and really friendly where he made everyone feel at home with him. My husband and I learned more about Russel and the other areas he does such as wine tasting with coordinating meals - looking forward to booking him again for that!! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my culinary degree from Johnson and Wales university. I studied in france and Japan. I have cooked in restaurants around New York and New Jersey as well as Mass. I have been a culinary consultant, chef and teacher for quit a while. I have a very personal approach that worls well as food is such a personal thing.
