- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are great! We have discounts available for parents enrolling more than one child or multiple classes for one student. There is a $25 Registration fee upon registering.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand the importance of a true connection with your instructor during the first meeting. Our teachers will work hard to ensure that your first lesson is a great experience for both student and teacher!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers are professionals who have studied in conservatories, have been certified by top NYC music schools and/or have recieved Masters degrees in music! We are life long learners and performers and love pouring our knowledge into the new generations!
