- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We create events starting from kid's birthday parties and anniversaries to elegant wedding planning and day of coordination. Each celebration is unique, so the services we provide differ case to case. Currently, we run 20% discount for bookings in 2019.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer you'll receive a questionnaire that will help us get to know your needs and preferences for the event. You'll ask a few simple questions about your theme, style and areas you need our assistance with. You'll also have an opportunity to upload a couple of pictures to describe your vision for the event. Then we'll schedule a 30-minutes consultation where we go over the questionnaire. Depending on the event we can schedule in person consultation or continue communication through emails and phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep pulse on the latest trend and technology through attending Bridal Expos and industry leaders' workshops. We are also members of International Live Events Association.
