Conner is an excellent teacher. The breadth of his knowledge about music — in terms of both theory and technique — is matched by the depth of his kindness and patience. He manages to walk the line of demanding as much as possible from his students, pushing them to be better at every turn, teaching them as rigorously and intensely as possible, without demoralizing or overwhelming them.
Conner is the kind of teacher who teaches his students not only to play better, or to understand music theory more deeply, but also to love music. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
