Irina has been SPECTACULAR throughout the whole wedding! Since the day I met Irina to the BIG DAY, she has been very attentive and thorough. I have to say, I wasn't worried one bit during the wedding as she made sure everything I asked was done. Irina has amazing taste and great ideas. Everyone at my wedding raved that it was the best wedding they ever been to. There was a bit of a hiccup with the florist which I explained to her and she took care of right away which allowed me to just look forward to my wedding than worry about it. In addition, her rates are very reasonable and worth it for everything she does. Not to mention, she was so flexible with everything and accommodating, it was hard not to give her 5 stars!
Thank you Irina, you are THE BEST! If anyone is looking for a day-of coordinator, or full event planner you cannot go wrong with Irina. I will definitely be asking for her service (and recommending her to all my friends who are getting married) in the future for other big events I will be having! Thank you!!!!

I had quite a long engagement (1.5 years) and Blackman Events was one of the few wedding planners who agreed to work with us the entire time. Many planners would only offer a year commitment.
I like that the girls are younger and seem to better understand a young bride's vision. My mother and I had a lot of opinions (often differing) and Irina was able to help manage our differences.
The main thing my husband, my mom, and I appreciated was the day of. Everything went perfectly. We felt no stress on our wedding day. I'm sure there were all sorts of minor issues popping up behind the scenes, but we didn't hear about (or more importantly see) any of them. Irina and their team took care of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better day. We felt like VIPs, which is how you should feel on your wedding day.

The level of aesthetics and attention to detail is unlike anything in the industry. It was a dream of a wedding! There was nothing missing, no detail unattended to, no regrets!
