- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on product or service. For my products pricing is determined by the item (wreaths, center pieces , floral arrangements for the home or funeral arrangements). For events it is priced by the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to meet with them and learn what they need and who they are. From that interview I base their service on their event and personality, unless they have very specific instructions. We set a date for a review and approval. Once approved all work is completed. Day of event I do a complete set up and break down. All funds are due 1 week prior to event or on receipt of product .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors degree in Management and a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management. I have for the past three years volunteered my services at all my local church functions and sold products at local Flea Markets.
