First and foremost, I want to note that I was VERY pleased with the cleaning staff (Mary and her co-worker). They gave my place a true "deep cleaning" and did it efficiently. They cleaned my studio apartment - including a bathroom, kitchen (inside fridge and stove), and living/sleeping area in about 2 hours. They were polite and professional. They came with their own supplies, including a vacuum. Although one minor item was broken (they apologized, not a big deal), overall, I was happy with their cleaning. My long-term cleaning person is not longer available, and I believe Mary is good replacement for her. I may even set up a regular cleaning schedule. I will say, however, that I was very frustrated with the person who organized the date and time for the cleaning. We had agreed upon 5pm. A day before, he had noted that he was doubled-booked and asked me to change the date. I was unable to change plans on my side, but he said this was ok. My building requires that I be present for guest to arrive, which means I had to leave work early. Knowing that the cleaning would take awhile, I made dinner plans for 5:30pm. At 5:15pm, he noted that he was wrapping up a job and would let me know when he was on his way. To me, this seems like he was close-by and on the way. At that time, he gave no indication of how long it would be, nor an apology. Around 6pm, he texted again and said that he was leaving New Jersey (I live on the west side of Manhattan), he'd be there by 7pm (driving), and "hope that was ok" (again, no apology). I asked if he could come sooner, since it was already 2 hours past the agreed-upon time, but he said he could not. I was unaware that he would be sending staff for the cleaning. At 7:30 pm, he had still not arrived, so I called him 2x and texted him. His staff called a few minutes later and noted they were looking for parking. He finally texted me back, stating that his phone went off. They did not arrive into my building until 7:45pm, almost 3 hours past our agreed-upon time. Of course, I missed my dinner plans and sat around on my couch waiting to hear from him. I am understanding that things come up and that "life happens," but what I found frustrating was the lack of information and an apology from the booker. I think there are many things that businesses can do to accommodate when things like this happen, for example, reducing the price for the cleaning. But, I had to ask for this from the cleaning staff, who then had to call the booker to get the OK; it wasn't immediately offered. I had other offers from cleaners that were cheaper, but I have had bad experiences with that before, so I decided on a moderately-priced cleaner, in hopes it would be more professional. And, I want to note that I still tipped the cleaning staff well, as I know tasks like this are a thank-less job. Finally, it wasn't explained to me why there was a time issue, until I asked. After hearing their explanation, to me, it seems like they were still double-booked and trying to make it work. I will reach out to the staff (Mary) directly for future cleanings.

Total Cleanup team are amazing,we scheduled for 9am today,I had a place I had to be so I called Ralph to ask if they can make it by 7am,amazingly they did come thru at 7am! Job was done thoroughly and professionally
