- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and price compare with all other companies. But we have to pay for the up keep on the trucks the workman's comp. in California. We have the trucks washed every week so they are very presentable to customers and that's important to keep things looking good. We have the most updated invoicing and computer software on the market that keeps track of your AC and Heating unit if there is any recalls from the factory or service bulletins then we can notify you. No one else in the industry has this software yet we are the first to get it and implement it to home owners. This all cost money but homeowners and businesses don't see this sometimes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We input them into our database and get them certified through our system and make sure their equipment is working top notch and saving them the most money possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicans have been through at least 5 to 10 years experience in the field. All of our technicians are NATE and certified through the state of California. All of our technicans are Background checked and drug checked we take pride in knowing that we send the best to your house or business if you need help with something. It helps having lots of family working with us from day one.
