My pricing is for the situation at hand, I make sure my costs are very reasonable for the work provided & my time.

- Troubleshoot the issue occurring - Provide explaination of situation for understanding of the user - Determine the best method of fixing the issue - Provide the agreed upon method of a fix/repair - Follow-up with all done actions & make sure my customer is satisfied with the repair
