Brian came to the house, assessed the job (duct cleaning of an old house), and gave instructions to his crew. They were on time, worked efficiently, and answered questions with an explanation. They did a good job, worked steadily to get the job done, came cheerfully on short notice, and I would hire Norman Heating & Air Conditioning again.
