I love working with Jane. She listens, understands my esthetic, and makes suggestions that work for me. Jane has done a number of projects for me. Last year she created a gorgeous window treatment for my bay dining room window using fabric I had chosen and helped me choose a coordinating fabric for the window seat as I was a bit stuck. Often using my own fabric choices, she has helped me select the type of window treatments best suited for my projects. She has created toile valances for my kitchen windows; roman shades with accompanying Kirsch shades (and a pillow) for my family room, a brilliant fix for a long-time problem at lowering the previous shades; combined vintage French lace made by our family (her suggestion) with fabric she owned to make charming attic-like curtains for an extra bedroom; and created a stunning bedcover for the master bedroom from an old roll of fabric I purchased from an antique store years ago. Most recently, after my front hall was re-plastered and painted, she and her shade installer rehung and steamed my existing curtains to make them work. Jane doesn't "up sell" or take over, but partners with me to make the vision I have happen, often incorporating things I already own. Her design ability and sewing skills are exceptional. I also love her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility.

Jane did an amazing job with my window treatments. She offered suggestions to help me pick the best look for my living room, she was perfessional, and she had the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her for future projects in my own home.

After purchasing a new home, I was at a loss choosing window treatments for the open space, high ceilings and odd windows. Jane suggested Kirsch shades for privacy and then patiently offered suggestions for draperies. Her extensive portfolio helped me see various styles and how they would look on my windows. Jane made suggestions for fabrics and accessories that would coordinate with my furniture and current décor. The draperies are beautiful, installation was done professionally, and the compliments are numerous! Jane offered suggestions without imposing her personal taste - I would highly recommend using her services.
