- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard cost for most computer services that I do is $69. The only exception is if I have to purchase hardware to complete the job. If that is necessary, then I simply pass on my cost of the hardware to my customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for 10 years at a fortune 100 company before leaving to be a stay at home dad for my four boys. I stayed home for about a year before I decided to start my business, that was eight years ago.
