What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with finding out exactly what the customer is looking for to make their event a success. Once we've identified their needs, we put together a package proposal. Once its accepted, we seal it with a contract and a 20% deposit. Between the contract signing and the event date, we stay in communication and work diligently to get all of the key elements in place to make their special occasion the most memorable experience ever!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a professional photographer for over 11 years, and over 15 years in the I.T. field. Before starting Megalux I had an event planning company so I have a keen sense to pay attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started off as an option that was offered under my photography business, then I eventually opened Megalux photo booth up as its own business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just jump at the lowest price, because you get what you pay for. Evaluate what they are offering and compare it to the gold standard of Megalux and you will see we offer the best deal hands down.

What type of booth they are looking for, open, enclosed, fish eye, back drop, etc.
