Dave has to be the most professional personal trainer I've ever worked with. Being someone out of shape in my 40's I was hesitant to jump into a plan that might sideline me quickly due to overexertion, but Dave was extremely conscientious of my well-being and worked up a plan I could ease into...as well as see quick results with. Additionally, his knowledge of fitness goes beyond that of other trainers I've worked with...much more of an educated and long-term health perspective. The combination of being personable, knowledgable and professional has been a welcome change. Almost 2 years later I'm still working with Dave and continue to reap the benefits of strength, flexibility and endurance. Looking forward to continuing training with him, and would highly recommend his services to those who are serious about improving their health.

I've been training with Dave for the past 3 years. I started with the goal of improved muscle tone and fitness, which I made a lot of progress on until I suffered a shoulder injury. Then we had to shift to increasing the mobility and strength in my shoulder. With Dave's help, I have made good progress with that goal as well. Although we have worked together for some time, Dave continues to impress me with his diligence and attention to detail, even reminding about basic form when I'm concentrating on something else (or just zoning out!). He studies and looks for research on both the nature of my shoulder injury and on new techniques for rehabbing it. So I've been very pleased with the quality of training, first and foremost - that he's affordable, reliable, flexible with scheduling, patient and pleasant just makes the whole experience even better. If it were possible to give him a higher recommendation, I would!

It was January; I was 67 y. o. and found myself struggling to get off the ski lift. I knew I needed help with strength and conditioning so I joined my neighborhood health club where I met David Wooldridge. I wanted to work with a trainer for I wanted to be safe and not hurt myself. I told him my problem and we started working out twice a week. He also gave me some exercises that I could do at home or at the health club on my off days. By the following March, I was on my annual ski trip in Colorado and was NOT having any problems with the lifts. My ski buddies commented that I seemed to be stronger, had more energy and I was skiing better. When I started with David, I told him I had only one rule. I was not into “No Pain, No Gain” but I was into “No Pain and all the Gain I could get.” We had a good laugh but he has followed through with my rule. If I ever have any muscle spasms, twitching or stiffness, he has a stretch exercise to make it feel better. I have been with him for 1.5 years and my kids and friends often comment on how much stronger I am how I have more energy and that I look “lean and mean”. It has been very gratifying to work with David and I have no reservations in recommending him. He is talented and knows what he is doing as a trainer and his fee is very reasonable. Others at my health club agree that he is an excellent trainer. Thanks David.

As an older athlete with a beat up body...Dave has helped get me back on track. Helping me protect against chronic injuries, allowing me to enjoy my sports and preform better. He understands how to get the best of his clients. I recommend Dave highly.
