Introduction: I am a 200 hour certified and insured Yoga Instructor. I completed my training at Namaste Oakland in 2013. I have been a student of yoga for 20 years. My love of yoga was first sparked at OM Yoga Center while I was living in NYC working as a photography producer. My
classes are a fun mix of flow and ease. I can teach to a wide degree of levels and have a grounded
energy and capacity for creating a safe environment for students to explore the benefits yoga has to
offer. Classes will be designed specifically to meet each students individual needs. My students learn the asanas (postures) with emphasis on correct alignment for their body. The goal is to develop strength and develop a lasting practice that supports the individual.
Helping clients to reach their individual health and wellness goals is rewarding. In a short time I can see the physical transformation and the client feels the transformation. The client also experiences the benefits of stress reduction brought on by a consistent mindfulness practice within the asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work).

Stephanie is an excellent yoga teacher. She works well with beginners, as well as more advanced students. She is wonderful at sequencing her classes, moving you from one pose to another. Her feedback is invaluable. Sometimes, just a slight adjustment, can make all the difference. I highly recommend Stephanie!

Stephanie is the best! She brings with her 20 years of knowledge and a very grounded approach to her work. Her teaching is remarkable for body, mind and spirit. I only wish I were in SF more often so I could attend class regularly! She was able to offer me a few video sessions which I was so grateful for. I loved being able to work with her from NY...video private, hurray!!!
