Introduction: I am a 200 hour certified and insured Yoga Instructor. I completed my training at Namaste Oakland in 2013. I have been a student of yoga for 20 years. My love of yoga was first sparked at OM Yoga Center while I was living in NYC working as a photography producer. My
classes are a fun mix of flow and ease. I can teach to a wide degree of levels and have a grounded
energy and capacity for creating a safe environment for students to explore the benefits yoga has to
offer. Classes will be designed specifically to meet each students individual needs. My students learn the asanas (postures) with emphasis on correct alignment for their body. The goal is to develop strength and develop a lasting practice that supports the individual.
Helping clients to reach their individual health and wellness goals is rewarding. In a short time I can see the physical transformation and the client feels the transformation. The client also experiences the benefits of stress reduction brought on by a consistent mindfulness practice within the asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work).
