Gewana has a very warm and welcoming aesthetic. She staged our home keeping in mind that we were still living there. She was conscious of the fact that we wanted a space that would be appealing to buyers but also allow us to live in comfort in our own home until it was sold. Consultation: Occupied Home and Vacant homes • preview your home • take photos and measurements • develop a staging plan • proposal and estimate for staging. Preparing for Installation Day: • furniture and accessories are selected. Installation Day: • Delivery/ 8-hour access to the property. Pick up: • We ask for 1 week notice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained in Home Staging. (Certified ASP Staging Pro) Staging is not just decorating. Staging requires market knowledge and targeted lifestyle design skills. Interior design and home staging have completely opposite goals
