- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach to working with new customers is to set up an initial meeting (phone or in person) to asses the needs for the project and determine if we are a good fit for the client. Based on the interview, details and next steps for the projects are set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeremy Bunch worked for three years for Apple where he earned recognition for best customer support. He is a certified Apple technician # 4P448C2593, certified in Mac, iPhone and iPad repair. Currently he has been working for the past year as a technology consultant for Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency in Berkeley, CA.

The projects Telegraph Space takes on vary in length, complexity and scope. Here are some of the recent projects we have worked in: -Wireless network setup for small office -Data recovery for "unreadable" Hard Drive (24hrs) -PC system diagnostics and troubleshooting (3hr) -Password reset and recovery for lost/forgotten passwords (1hr) -Nest camera set up for surveillance (4hrs)
