Introduction: My goal is to help you achieve a lifestyle change. Believing it's never too late for progress. I've worked with all ages and assisted in all fitness goals (figure, bodybuilding & weight loss). I work with runners, cyclists, golfers, all equestrian athletes and everyday moms & dads who just want to be healthy. I have plans that offer the client breakfast, lunch and dinner with 3 snacks (Monday thru Friday) for a month. Weekly meals are prepared to insure a quality product is being delivered. Believing and committing is all I need to help you succeed. Life is a gift!!! Take control of what you've been wanting. Take back or become what you've always wanted to be!!! The life changing moments. Example...a client/ young lady asked me to help her with flexibility. She couldn't get up and down to play with her grand kids without help or hurting. That was four years ago. Today she's running, jumping and chasing them around the house. There's several stories I could've given and several well worth speaking about but the young lady is 65 years old and her accomplishments change my life and fitness direction for my clients. So many people want what's not achievable or something they can maintain. That's why so many clients go through the yoyo effect (up and down with weight). Health and Fitness starts with committing to yourself and sticking to a plan. Example...like planning a trip to Arizona from Florida. You take hwy I-75 to hwy 10. It'll take you straight there. You could possibly run into construction, bad weather or rest a day or two. Due to its a long trip/ journey. You could stop in Texas and settled there. Similar to how we look at our goals. It has dry air and mountains?!!! Not a bad place to settle but why get comfortable?! So we settle for second place and sometimes third. We never reach our goals or finish the trip. Why aren't we worth taking home the first place trophy?! With all that said, life isn't a straight shot all the time. Things happen but you have to get back on the road and stick to the plan. Motivation and dedication isn't given! It's earned though commitment and a battle cry of I Want Give Up!!! You're competing against three people! Me, Myself and I...its impossible for you all to fail!!!! Think about it!!!
